Today at 2:30 kids from Grant Park High School grades 7 and 8 came to the junior Gym for the Assembly. At the Assembly there was a woman named Ms.Gartner, she had really nice cloth on her that day and she welcomed everybody who came into the gym.
Ms.Gartner first said hello t everybody of coarse and then started to introduce all the teachers, the subject they are teaching and the number of the classroom that they are in. She (Ms.Gartner) especially introduced our teachers Mr.Torance who teaches ENGLISH and SOCIAL STUDIES, and Ms.Hamill who teaches MATH and SCIENCE. After that she (Ms.Gartner) introduced us to the new principal, his name is Mr.Chachinov, he was talking about how happy he was to be our new principal and how he likes that school.
Then he (Mr.Chachinov) introduced the new vice principal as well he was talking about the same thing as the principal. After that Ms.Gartner introduced u to two police officers one that is hanging at school most of the time and checking if there is Guns, Drugs and stuff like that. And the second officer that is hanging in the mall that is across the street from the school. After that Ms.Gartner told everybody that they can go back to their classes.
