Pressure-Hydraulic pressure
Pressure-Hydraulic Brakes
Part One
1)In hydraulic pressure the pressure is used for stopping the vehicle, hydraulic pressure used to press the pads against the rotors without requiring any more pressure on the brake pedal and it’s used in racing cars and trucks to stop them a lot faster.
2)The pressure that is involved in hydraulic brakes is air pressure.
3)The employees that need to know about pressure are: mechanics because they need to fix the cars/trucks and they need to know what they are doing (need to know how it works), Truck drivers need to know about pressure because if the hydraulic brake tank has a crack and he doesn’t have pressure then he can’t stop and that can lead to an accident (he needs to know how to fix the problem).
4)Pressure is an advantage because it could make the truck/racing car stop a lot faster.
Pressure is a disadvantage because if the brakes are going to brake all the pressure will go out from the tank and the brakes won’t work.
Part Two
In most hydraulic systems a force is exerted on a continuous, enclosed liquid. This applied force creates pressure that moves the liquid through a series of tubes, pipes, or hoses, which causes the motion at the other end of the system. The balloon bulger is a simple model of a hydraulic system.
Hydraulic System- a device that transmits an applied force through a liquid to move something else by means pressure.
